Just finished studying for the Texas Jurisprudence Exam. Gosh I always have such text anxiety. I know God will take care of me..as he has and always does. Today I splurged and did a little online shopping. I'm a makeup addict in case you didn't know. I finally got the Urban Decay Makeup Palette NAKED2. I have the first one and I use it almost daily...the colors look so similar to NAKED2 but after some research I decided to give in and buy NAKED2. YAY!


Also bought this awesome fun flirty lipstick by Covergirl called Spellbound. I'm not usually a drugstore makeup fan, but I love love love this lipstick and it's not very drying like most of the MAC lipsticks I buy.

Back Again!

Hello friends! Its been a great while since I've written in our blog. Life has been pretty grand. God has worked in mysterious ways and really blessed us this year. I passed my Nursing Boards, Mike and I got married and looks like we are moving to Austin TX where I will hopefully be a Trauma ICU Nurse (lets cross our fingers). God has provided for us in so many ways. Today was a beautiful Washington day. I've been enjoying the sunshine. Last week I was in Austin for job interviews; this weekend I was in Las Vegas  catching up with friends and fortunately I came home to Sunshine. Loving life right now :)
Today I went shopping had a chance to buy a new swimming suit..I'm so in love with it! Also bought these  cute new shoes :)

Pretty Good in Life

Good Morning! I'm so motivated lately; I'm not sure where all this energy is coming from, but I'm loving it!

Mike and I have been home-bodies lately and it feels great. We've been having movie marathons..and been watching the NFL package we purchased (Thank God for the internet). Pampering ourselves. I've been playing around with makeup tips and blogs and trying new things. Trying to master our camera..its difficult at times..the settings are still confusing, but it's fun playing.. Now I wanna try a few new recipes.   Lately I've been enjoying just the fresh produce from the markets and I've been going to the bakery and butcher pretty often..Mike loves the Croissants and the Nutella. Lately I've been just eating the Salami with Cheese, fresh bread and apple slices..sounds weird but it's pretty divine.
ohh I bought the Burmese Quad from MAC..I love it!Isn't it pretty.

What a great day! Mike managed to finally get a day off, although it was kind of a spare minute decision on his boss's behalf, we had a simple, but joyful day. We made cookies and although the sun was shining we stayed in and watched movies and shows all day. Sex in the City II, The First 48,  The Jersey Shore, Weeds...These days don't happen often..now it's bedtime...goodnight and good weekend!

Studying should be my middle name.

Time to get down to work! My Vegas Chica's came and went with a bang. It was so nice having some days out with the girls, even the chill days were a blast! One left to Seattle and the other to LA to start the next stepping stone in their lives :) I have to admit I'm a little jealous they got to go back to the wonderful US of A. Seems like they had a blast in Europe. So many exciting things going on all around me. I'm hoping next week I can catch some more girly time with Janna. In the mean time...back to work! Hope everyone is having a fabulous week!

The days are cold.

It's been a while..
Just trying to stay focused. We managed to delete our Facebook (It was too big of a distraction); But we still have Myspace and Hyves..we'll see how it all works out :)

Mike's been working 7 days a week. I've been studying and cleaning. Our lives are really not that exciting at the moment, but it's been nice. My friends from Vegas will be staying with us this weekend..I'm really looking forward to it! Besides that and FOOTBALL..not a whole lot going on. I think my fiance Mike looks like Sam Bradford..what do you think?
